Summary: Friendly staff, large room and comfy bed but that’s about it for the positives. Shower pressure is awful The noise from outside and other rooms is horrendous, they do supply earplugs but it’s so so loud. Walls and ceilings are paper thin, can hear everything from all angles and directions. Area is also terrible, I know DTLA is known for being a bit rough but it was x100 worse than expected. We dreaded having to walk back to the hotel every day after getting the metro
